Facility connects the community with a network of services under one roof
The new, $24.3 million Lakewood Family Health Center replaced outdated facilities with a neighborhood-friendly emergency department and outpatient clinic. The first floor houses a 24-hour emergency department, along with imaging services and a lab for in-house testing. The second and third floor outpatient clinic, which follows 2010 FGI Guidelines, provides both family medicine and multi-specialty care.
