New space for a technology and manufacturing giant

LORD Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of precision parts, consolidated two sites into one building. The company repurposed an existing building, renovating 600,000 SF of space to house laboratories, manufacturing spaces, a central plant, a data center, and offices. The facility accommodates aerospace and defense work.

Process and workflow were high priorities in the manufacturing and laboratory areas, with the engineering design supporting efficient production layouts and incorporating flexibility, reliability, and redundancy.
