Energy efficiency and leading-edge technology drive this new HQ’s design
Goodyear’s new seven-story, $127-million headquarters is ready to serve the manufacturing giant for years to come. Built on the former site of the tire manufacturer’s factory, it can house approximately 2,500 employees.
Work areas include open-office spaces, huddle-rooms, conference rooms, and training rooms. The facility also includes two atriums, a health and fitness club, and a full-service cafeteria with dining room.
In addition to the new headquarters, Goodyear also completed a $21-million, 200,000-SF renovation of its Innovation Center.
