A new high-rise hotel on the skyline
Cleveland’s new convention center needed a hotel to match – and to provide enough guest rooms in the city to attract major events.
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown adds 600 guest rooms in the heart of downtown Cleveland. It features more than 50,000 SF of space for events, including 2 ballrooms, 8 meeting rooms, and a boardroom. A sixth floor swimming pool and fitness center provide natural light and views of the city. Both visitors and locals can dine at the hotel restaurant or stop by one of its two bars. The hotel also connects directly to the convention center.
The project called for an accelerated design and construction schedule: It went from approval to completion in only three years.
