Rainbow Center for Women and Children Featured in Healthcare Design Magazine

With the Rainbow Center for Women and Children, University Hospitals prioritized both sustainability and community needs. Tim Fishking, FAIA, and Lindsey Freel of architecture firm Moody Nolan discuss the project’s development process and sustainable features in Healthcare Design Magazine.
The Center is the first LEED Platinum Certified healthcare facility in Ohio. It also won a 2020 Outstanding Achievement Award from ACEC Ohio. Karpinski provided mechanical and technology design, LEED consulting and energy modeling, and commissioning services.
