Modern offices in a historic building

KeyBank’s three-story renovation within the historic Higbee Building on Cleveland’s Public Square creates a modern environment while maintaining the building’s historic charm.

The renovated floors include multi-purpose training rooms, huddle rooms, and casual meeting areas. Accommodating approximately 1,000 employees, the office and team areas were designed for future growth, flexibility and occupant relocations as needed.

The lighting design received an Award of Merit in the Illuminating Engineering Society 2012 Illumination Awards.
