Joe Hofstetter brings a combination of technical know-how, business sense, and creativity to his clients’ toughest building challenges.

Energy and sustainability initiatives aren’t one-size-fits-all projects, and Joe’s goal is to empower clients with the information they need to make strong decisions for their facilities. He works with architects to develop and validate sustainable design strategies. He helps facility managers identify and implement infrastructure improvements, then measure the results.

Joe has more than 20 years of sustainable design and energy project development experience. He has developed and supported the implementation of more than $110 million worth of energy conservation projects.
