Jeremy joined Karpinski in 2000 and has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, including establishing the Akron-Canton office in 2006. He has led projects across healthcare, laboratory, and education sectors, combining strategic leadership with hands-on design expertise.

A self-described “team sports guy,” Jeremy’s leadership is rooted in collaboration and empowerment. He challenges his team to take ownership of their work, fostering an environment of creativity, growth, and accountability. Whether advising on technical details or professional development, Jeremy is dedicated to helping Karpinski’s engineers achieve their best.
