Jeremy Bowers directs Karpinski’s Akron-Canton office, which he started in 2006. Like the projects his team works on, Jeremy’s work is full of variety. On any given day, he might be meeting up with clients, directing a design team, performing fieldwork – or all three. He’s also involved with Karpinski’s operations, helping engineering and production processes run smoothly firm-wide.

Jeremy is a self-described “team sports guy,” and that shows in how he leads. His goal is to empower and challenge his team so they can do their best work and feel a true sense of ownership of their projects. He advises on technical and professional questions alike, helping his team to keep learning and growing.
