Chris Bednar took his childhood love of building model cities and turned it into a career where he builds in real cities.

Chris’s experience ranges from site development to municipal infrastructure improvements. He has worked with clients as they design buildings, transform streetscapes, and upgrade utilities. With his breadth of knowledge, he’s able to walk clients through the many decision points they encounter in the course of a project.

In the midst of all the technical details, Chris is tuned into the community impact of his projects. He has seen how they can improve the safety, wellbeing, vibrancy of an area.
