The new Geauga County Administration Building is a three-story facility consolidating over a dozen departments. Situated on a 13-acre site, the 115,682 square foot building includes 400 parking spaces with ample ADA accommodations.

Karpinski Engineering provided civil engineering services which included site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), and permitting. Optimal space utilization and accessibility were ensured through strategic planning and layout. Detailed grading plans facilitated proper site leveling and drainage, while comprehensive design integrated utility systems, including water, sewer, and electric.

Environmentally sensitive stormwater management systems were designed to preserve valuable wetlands and protect natural resources. Implementation of SWPPP minimized construction impacts on the environment, and coordination for permitting ensured compliance with regulations.

The building features open interiors, large windows offering expansive views, and multiple common areas for public and employee use. Visitor amenities include a dedicated drop-off area and a large parking lot for easy access.
