When your job spans human resources and accounting, you juggle a lot of priorities. Jessica Hanes does so with grace. No matter how tall the pile of pre-bills on her desk is, she always has time for the Karpinski staff who seek her out. Whether someone has questions about their benefits or needs thoughtful guidance, her door is open.

Jessica is also a champion for community engagement at Karpinski, organizing opportunities to get involved and give back. It’s a natural extension of her own activism as a philanthropist and volunteer.
