Hands-on Learning in Multimedia Communications
The James Pedas Communication Center gives students hands-on learning opportunities with today’s communication technologies. It features a media lab, a TV studio, a radio station, technology classrooms, and a lecture hall. It also incorporate new space for the Office of Admissions. The engineering design supported the project’s LEED certification goal, incorporating components like LED lighting, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and efficient HVAC systems.
