- Radiology department
- Urgent care with laboratory space
- Cardiac rehabilitation center, with a therapy pool and walking track
- Pain management center
- Ear, nose, and throat department, with an audio booth
- Ophthalmology and Lasik services
- Neurology and neurosurgery consultation suites

The facility is a tenant space, and Karpinski worked closely with the core/shell engineers so that utilities were adequate for loads needed. The building systems included direct-expansion cooling and electric re-heat at terminal boxes, limited oxygen and medical vacuum, and limited nurse call. Total construction cost was $6.5 million.
