A new home for women’s health services
At Perrico Health Campus, Lake Health offers fresh space for women’s health services, including obstetrics, gynecology, and diagnostic imaging (digital and 3D mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry, and X-ray). The campus also houses internal medicine, physical therapy, and outpatient laboratory services.
The new health campus is located on a previously developed site, with active businesses on both sides. The civil team worked with adjacent property owners so that their lots were not impacted by either construction or long-term operations.
Working with a consultant, the team used Lean methods to achieve project goals. Their attention to efficiency helped the team achieve cost and schedule targets.
