Karpinski Engineering Welcomes New Lead Lighting Designer

Karpinski Engineering is pleased to announce the newest addition to our team, Michelle Johnson, as Lead Lighting Designer. With a diverse skill set that combines her passion for lighting, interior design, and electrical engineering, Michelle brings a unique perspective and wealth of expertise to Karpinski.
Johnson’s extensive experience in mixed-use, hospitality, and residential has not only enriched her portfolio but has also allowed her to excel in cross-disciplinary collaboration and project management.
“It is exciting to have someone so passionate about their craft on board,” said Principal, Brian David, PE, LEED AP. “I cannot wait for Michelle to share her enthusiasm about lighting design with our clients!”
Johnson is an engineer by education and received her bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering. Michelle believes that to be a good lighting designer, you need technical knowledge of engineering.
