Karpinski Engineering is pleased to announce the newest addition to our team, Jeff Sparks, LEED AP BD+C, who joins us as an Electrical Associate to spearhead the firm’s expansion into Southwest Ohio and the Greater Cincinnati region. Jeff brings over 20 years of industry experience, with an extensive background in healthcare, higher education, and workplace environments. His passion for business development, engineering, and project management aligns perfectly with Karpinski’s commitment to delivering innovative, client-centered solutions.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is known for his ability to connect people with solutions through effective communication. His problem-solving approach and dedication to relationship-building, quality control, time management, and technically sound design make him an invaluable asset to the Karpinski team.
Reflecting on his new role, Sparks shared, “I’m excited to establish a strong presence for Karpinski in Southwest Ohio. The diversity of firm leadership and depth of resources is impressive, and I look forward to leveraging these strengths to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. My focus is fostering relationships, solving complex challenges, and expanding the firm’s reputation for excellence in engineering.”
Karpinski Engineering’s continued growth in revenue, services, and regional reach reflects its dedication to providing exceptional engineering services across various sectors. With the addition of Southwest Ohio, Karpinski Engineering now operates in six regional locations, extending its multidisciplinary expertise to even more clients.
Identifying this region is a strategic move for Karpinski. The firm has already begun work on projects in Cincinnati and plans to build from that base. Principal and Director of Operations, Brian David is excited about the endeavor having grown up in Cincinnati. “I’m looking forward to working with Jeff on developing new relationships in an area where I have so many fond memories. This is a full-circle moment connecting my roots with the firm I have called home for over 35 years.”
Karpinski Engineering President Jim Cicero also expressed his enthusiasm for the expansion, stating, “We are proud to have a presence in Southwest Ohio. This is part of a more than decade-long trend of growth for Karpinski Engineering, and growth in this region feels like a natural fit for us. We have built our business one relationship at a time, and we look forward to developing many new long-lasting relationships in the Cincinnati community.”
