Perspective is one of the most valuable qualities Mark Stefanak brings to his work. He’s designed mechanical systems for some of the Karpinski’s largest and most complex projects, and he’s worked across a variety of market sectors. He’s skilled at sizing up a project, looking at it from a 10,000-foot level and zeroing in on the details. He’s also worked as a facility engineer and a mechanical contractor, giving him a first-hand experience with system operations and maintenance.

Today, Mark advises Karpinski teams through the life of a project, from initial concepts to quality reviews. He’s the point person for developing and maintaining the firm’s mechanical design standards, helping project teams deliver consistently “Karpinski” designs.
