For Jeremy Bowers, engineering isn’t just a technical business – it’s a people business. Jeremy directs Karpinski Engineering’s Akron-Canton office, where he connects with clients, manages projects, and provides design leadership. He prioritizes clear communication with project stakeholders, and he believes in leading by example.
Jeremy’s experience spans a variety of project types, from healthcare and laboratories to higher education and K-12 schools. He appreciates the unique design requirements each project presents. Jeremy believes that the best designs look simple, because they’re clear and defined for the people who are bidding and building them.
He enjoys seeing things grow – whether it’s a building during construction or junior staff advancing their skills and knowledge.
Jeremy is an adjunct instructor at Kent State University, advising architectural students on their fourth-year project. He is a graduate of Grove City College and a member of ASHRAE.
