Topics include air pressure relationships, building systems, equipment locations, and room functions. Katie will give special attention given to spaces where pressure requirements are particularly critical.

Katie Lee, PE, is a senior mechanical project engineer at Karpinski Engineering. She focuses on healthcare renovation projects, where she excels at designing new functions into existing spaces. With her experience designing systems for legacy buildings, Katie knows how to navigate the code, coordination, and existing condition challenges that arise along the way. Katie recently presented on ASHRAE 170 at the 2016 ASHE Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University and has been part of the Karpinski Engineering team for 10 years. She is a member of ASHRAE, ASHE, and NOSHE.
